The role will involve the following:

Liase with the rest of the staff& update the director on progress of the set tasks.
Deal with your administration
Minute take at all meetings
Take telephone calls

Sort and deal with emails
Handle paperwork, bills and invoices
Sort out expense
Take orders, bookings and enquiries
Source and order services and supplies
Write and send proposals
Prepare and send direct mail
The ability to multitask in a demanding office.
CANDIDATE:
Team Members are organised, tidy, reliable, hard-working, able to meet deadlines flexible and must be able to multitask.

Each Team member is works to a digitally generated Task List against which performance is monitored and remuneration is based. All positions will be on 3-5 year contracts.

EXPERIENCE: What experience and/or achievement in a field, profession or specialism is required.
