Actively supporting current client accounts, you will also aim to identify and develop new accounts. With drive and initiative, you will be highly organised and know how to efficiently handle all day-to-day account activity. Providing tactical support on existing accounts, you must also develop strategic solutions to meet clients demands, be an exceptional team player and have excellent presentation skills. The importance of this role means you must have a proven agency track record, where you successfully achieved client satisfaction, developed strong delivery capabilities, efficiently handled accounts and expanded new business. In addition, you will have good pharma marketing skills, strong commercial acumen and be a proven strategic and creative thinker.
