• Providing primary service and support to the customer base in UK & Ireland and providing secondary back up • Support customers and colleagues in Scandinavia, Benelux countries and the Middle East • Install the new molecular systems for new, and existing customer sites, and perform preventative maintenance interventions (PMIs), hardware and software upgrades, and repairs • Provide on-site customer support for software and hardware upgrade training
