Molecular Field Service Specialist

Molecular Field Service Specialist opportunity with a global pharmaceutical and healthcare company, which plans to launch a complex, innovative new product and system at the end of the year! Your main objectives will be: • Providing primary service and support to the customer base in UK & Ireland and providing secondary back up • Support customers and colleagues in Scandinavia, Benelux countries and the Middle East • Install the new molecular systems for new, and existing customer sites, and perform preventative maintenance interventions (PMIs), hardware and software upgrades, and repairs • Provide on-site customer support for software and hardware upgrade training
