Quantity Surveyor

Department | Construction Experience | Essential Positions type | Autumn Intake Basic Pay | £16000 including Bonus Qualifications | Degree in quantity surveying Requirements | You must be able to demonstrate a high level of self - discipline, IT skills - specifically the Microsoft Office package. We are expecting the candidates to be university graduates which are eager to develop their capacity further. Experience in the work field would also be desirable. A trade background with a professional outlook, along with recognised industry qualifications would be ideal. Job Responsibilities | The role will be site-based and you would be part of a small but expanding multi-disciplinary team. You will work closely with the Project Manager on a number of small to large projects. The projects will be mainly large scale residential conversions within Central London, varying in size up to £4m+. Working Hours | Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 11am - 4pm
