R&D Associate

As a result of continued success our client is seeking an individual to join an already successful and high profile Research & Development team within the Aircare category. Key responsibilities are expected to include: - Lead development of the product innovation process within R&D - Conducting pre feasibility experiments on identified technologies - Supporting the delivery of samples into market research testing - Continually building understanding of, consumer behaviour and home environments across the geographical regions - Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key contacts both inside and outside of the business - Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key contacts both inside and outside of the business.
